Dress Code

DRESS REGULATIONS 

As a condition of entry to Ashlars Golf Club the following dress regulations apply: 

CLUBHOUSE

All attire must be:

 

*    Clean

*    Neat and tidy

*    In good repair

*    In good taste

 

Not permitted at any time:

 

*    Offensive clothing

*    Swimwear

*    Caps, beanies, hats, bandanas (religious headwear excluded)

*    Dirty or torn clothing or footwear

*    Singlets

*    Metal spiked golf shoes

*    Rubber thongs, masseurs, scuffs

*    Tracksuit pants

*    Sports, football or board shorts

 

In all cases management discretion applies. The General Manager or General Manager’s appointee, the Club Professional and his staff or any member of the board has the right to refuse entry onto the golf course or into the clubhouse if they deem a member or visitor not suitably attired.

The standard of dress requirements within the club and on the course are largely left to the good taste of the directors who extend the same to management to refuse admittance and service to any member or guest considered to be unsuitably attired.

Children

 All children must be of a neat and tidy appearance and in the control of a responsible adults at all times.  (as defined by the Registered Clubs Act).
